Cancellation

If you are forced to cancel your reservation, please, inform us by email: velehrad.roma@gmail.com

The same conditions are applied to both individuals and groups, and come into force when the reservation of a specific number of beds is confirmed with a deposit.

In the case of serious (health or other) reasons that must be documented, we offer the possibility to shift the reservation (and thus the deposit) within the next 12 months without a cancellation fee.

In case that you cannot use the date and the prepayment, you can offer it to your friends, your family etc. They should then contact us directly by email (velehrad.roma@gmail.com) so that we can agree on a new date and details regarding their stay. Your prepayment will also be used for such a transfer (without the cancellation fee if the stay takes place in the following 12 months).

We note that the following cancellation fees apply to full cancellation (for individuals and groups):

30 – 0 days before arrival ….. 100 percent of the total price of accommodation without the city tax

60 – 31 days before arrival … 50 percent of the total price of accommodation without the city tax

180 – 61 days before arrival … 30 percent of the total price of accommodation without the city tax
