If you are forced to cancel your reservation, please, inform us by email: velehrad.roma@gmail.com If you cannot arrive on booked date, in case of verifiable serious reasons, we heartily recommend you to transfer your date (and so the prepayment too) within the following 12 months without the cancellation fee. In case that you cannot use the date and the prepayment, you can offer it to your friends, your family etc. They should then contact us directly by email (velehrad.roma@gmail.com) so that we can agree on a new date and details regarding their stay. Your prepayment will also be used for such a transfer (without the cancellation fee if the stay takes place in the following 12 months).
